The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi has announced to pass all the matric and intermediate students in practical exams that could not appear in the exam according to the given schedule.
The Sindh Board Committee of Chairmen has taken the decision. In this regard, a notification has been issued by the concerned authorities. It has been informed that the decision has been handled according to the system in place for the students of the federal board.
The flexibility has been provided for students who could not appear in the practical exam arranged for the improvement exam in 2021. The marks will be awarded to the students based on their marks obtained in the previous practical exam.
Practical Exam
Due to COVID-19 earlier, it had been decided not to hold the practical exam for the students for the academic session 2021.
Still, the Sindh government had conducted the practical exam for the students. So, considering this, marks have been granted to the students for the practical exam to save their academic year.
Moreover, the mark sheets have also been issued by the concerned authorities. Therefore, the students of the 9th class, 10th class, 11th class, and 12th class can get their mark sheets.
Special Exam 2022
As per the announcement made by the Karachi board, another change has also been introduced for the students of matric and intermediate in Sindh. Candidates who intend to reappear in the paper to improve their marks can now do it four times.
Previously, candidates could take the improvement exam only once to increase the percentage.
However, after the announcement of the result, the board provides the opportunity to take the improvement exam to improve they’re obtained in the SSC and HSSC annual exam if they do not feel satisfied with their performance.
Candidates who meet the particular exam’s eligibility criteria can take the exam as per the instructions provided. Moreover, it has also been said that the specific exam 2022 will be held in February 2022 for students.
It has been clarified that the wise syllabus will not be followed for the annual matric and intermediate exams in 2022, and the students have to study the whole syllabus to appear in the exam.
