NUMS Announces Procedure Of Online Data Entry For MBBS and BDS Admissions For Result

The National University of Medical Sciences has announced the Centralized Admission MBBS and BDS Session 2021-22 data entry on the online admission portal for result awaited applicants. The result awaited candidates have to enter the data on the admission portal according to the instructions provided by the university.

Online Data Entry

The candidates are required to Login with the same CNIC/B. Form/NICOP/Passport No. And password as registered earlier for NUMS Entry Test 2021 and then apply for Online Admission.

In the next step, the candidates must enter the academic information and fill the educational information section such as HSSC/A –Level/FSc or F. Sc/A-level result announced.

Then the candidates have to complete the other information that includes Examination Passed, Board, Institution Attended, Marks obtained, Total marks, Passing year, Physics/Mathematics received marks, Chemistry obtained marks, Biology obtained marks.

It is informed to the candidates that they have to save all the entered information. Afterwards, the candidates must upload the original scanned documents. Finally, the mandatory documents should be uploaded to the online admission portal.

Submission Of Documents

Following are the mandatory documents to be uploaded to NUMS Online Admission Portal.

  • The candidates enrolled in HSSC in the Pakistani Education System have to submit the HSSC Pre Medical Certificate or result card provided only by the concerned board authorities.
  • A-Level: Equivalence Certificate of A-Level issued by IBCC, Transcripts of A-level published by concerned foreign Institute., Equivalence Certificate, a Letter of Equivalence of Grades issued by IBCC separately in Science Subjects such as Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics.
  • 12th Grade (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): Equivalence Certificate of 12th grade issued by IBCC, Transcripts of 12th grade issued by concerned foreign Institute, Equivalence Certificate, a Letter of Equivalence of Grades provided by the IBCC in the Science Subjects such as Biology, Chemistry and Physics/Mathematics.

Important Note

The candidates who failed to enter the HSSC particular exam 2021 and A level November series 2021 marks and documents within the due date will not be able to secure admission to the university’s MBBS and BDS degree programs. The data entry window will be opened from 24th January 2022 and closed on 28th January 2022.
