HEC Approval Status
The Higher Education Commission (HEC) is the regulatory body that oversees the quality of higher education in Pakistan. Riphah International University is recognized and approved by the HEC. The university has been granted the highest category “W4” by the HEC, which means that it meets the standards of quality education set by the commission.
Vice Chancellor
Dr. Anis Ahmad is the current Vice Chancellor of Riphah International University. He has a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Warwick, UK. Before joining Riphah International University, Dr. Ahmad was the Vice Chancellor of the University of Peshawar. He has also served as a Professor of Computer Science at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences in Islamabad.
